Brokerage Event (Matchmaking)

The National Contact Points (NCPs) Network and Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) of Grand E-nov in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network Rhineland-Palatinate co-organise the 8th edition of KET’s EU Brokerage Event.

Take the opportunity to...

  • get the latest information from the European Commission about the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe” – 2021-2028 and the respective calls for future topics
  • participate in the thematic workshops including 10 min pitches to highlight, discuss and develop new project ideas/concepts at international level (see template)
  • initiate cross-border contacts, cooperation and exchange ideas during pre-arranged meetings.

B2B Meetings - How does it work?

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 20 minutes run fast but usually it is enough to build first connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

  • Register via the green Registration button on the "Home" page
  • Do you want to publish your offers or needs and manage B2B meetings on-site? If yes, read more below.

Publish a business profile to showcase your needs

Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.

Send & receive meeting requests

Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
TIP: Download the "b2match" mobile App (App Store) to manage your 1:1 meetings on your phone!

Booking rules?

  • Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone
  • Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled

Matchmaking Event

  • Short before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
  • A paper version may also be handed out at the registration desk.
  • Download the b2match mobile app to
    * get access to your meeting schedule on your mobile phone
    * get informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations)
